refurbished and convenient stay
comfortable bed fresh fruit good price
i found the beds VERY comfortable and the rooms clean. the room was reasonably priced with fresh fruit and cookies in the office. we did not want for anything. this will definitely be our 'go to' hotel from now on.
the room and bathroom WERE tiny. i went on one of the hottest nights of the year, there is no air con and the window was broken. i unfortunately did not sleep well as it was like sleeping in a sauna.

the hotel is very central and close to public transport. the area presents a nice selection of restaurants nearby. getting to major attractions is super easy with a short walk from a station.

The Staff were very good too make sure everything was perfect. they are VERY kind and helpful. the reception staff was sweet and helpful. The cleaning staff was also nice.

Rooms appear beautifully refurbished. they looked like it was done quite recently. rooms are well equipped and modern. rooms are of a decent size for a city hotel. I also found good wifi.

the staff was friendly. they let me keep my bags at the reception after i checked out. the room seemed newly updated. it felt modern, and it was clean.
my room was small. i think it was on the ground floor. there was no air circulation, because the window did not open. this.

the location is convenient being a short walk from paddington station. the reception staff were very helpful. the room was clean and had tea and coffee. there was fruit and water available at reception.
the room was a little cramped for my liking for more than a quick overnight stay with lots of luggage

adequate stay with notable drawbacks
small shower constant noise
the room was really small, almost cramped. the shower was tiny. there was also a constant noise from outside , made it difficult to sleep. i think there could have been better soundproofing installed.

i found the location convenient, close to transport options. the staff were friendly and offered helpful service throughout my stay. the room had a kettle and a fridge, which i found useful. beatriz offered me snacks and a nice chat while i was waiting for my room..
the room was very small and there wasn't much space to put things. the shower was also odd because it wasn't separated. everything in the bathroom would get wet.

The team was amazing. Kam was particularly helpful and kind. salem helped me with the luggage upstairs and stored it after check out. it was evident the staff cared about the guests.

i stayed in a room with a double bed. the location is great for shopping, easily within walking distance. it is also close to hydepark.
